Tony's Seashore Grill came to Penarth almost 40 years ago at a time when very few people knew about pizza and pasta. Many dishes were virtually unknown, but have now become firm favourites. In our new Tony's restaurant our food is still cooked to original recipes that Tony grew up with, in the seaside town of Monte di Procida, just outside Naples.
We insist on using only the best and freshest ingredients available and cooking them in an uncomplicated way, as the Italians do, which concentrates on the flavour of a particular item they are cooking, rather than disguising it with strong sauces and spices. We have tried to keep our recipes as original as possible so that you can experience Italian food how the Italians eat it and how we do at home.
